Meet Nayla

BROKER-ASSOCIATE & FOUNDER

Nayla was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City until a business opportunity moved the family to Puerto Rico. Missing the fast pace lifestyle, she moved to Miami as a pit stop on her way to New York and never left. She graduated from FIU with a degree in Business Administration & International Business and worked for a multi-national scaling her way up the corporate ladder.

After having her kids she decided it was time to take a different professional path into a business where she could scale based on her strong work ethic and not be tied to a corporate agenda. The passion for real estate was born and after becoming a top producing agent she took on the challenge of becoming the VP Managing Broker for one of the largest real estate companies in the world. Now with more than 20 years of real estate experience under her belt, she created the InMiami Group. InMiami was founded on the premise of elevating the real estate experience beyond the transactional aspect by providing outstanding service 100% of the time.

Nayla is passionate about what she does and it is reflected in her client's continued referrals. When asked, she will tell you, "This is what I was born to do, I wake up excited about my day and go to bed feeling accomplished, it does not feel like work". She is always in pursuit of excellence and believes there is always room to grow and learn. She hopes one day her kids will look at her journey and understand that there is nothing better than being passionate about what you do and that giving up is never an option, with hard work and dedication you can move mountains.
